Unexpected disruption during a print or payroll run can be very frustrating and costly in real terms. IQ Solutions prides itself on customer service. Even though our machines are designed to be trouble free, in the event of a problem occurring you need to be up and running at the earliest opportunity due to the time constraints of document processing.

All our popular maintenance packages include preventative maintenance (PM). A PM visit consists of a general service, replacement of any faulty or worn parts and a clean.

We have a national network of engineers to respond as quickly as possible, and a team of technical support staff to provide effective telephone support. Our standard on-site response time is 8-working hours from receipt of a service call. A range of service options including fully comprehensive maintenance contracts are available to provide trouble free processing and peace of mind.
